How the limit works
- The limit is counted over 5 hours and over the week. When a period ends, the limit refreshes.
- Every answer uses some of the limit. The longer the chat and the more work, the more it uses.
- Usage depends on the model: light ones use less, strong ones more. The rate is shown next to each model.
- Your current usage is always visible in the app.

Limit usage shows how fast a model spends your limit compared with an x1 model. Stronger models use it faster. More on the pricing page.
Payment
- In rubles, with a card issued by a Russian bank, through the YooKassa payment service. Cards issued in other countries are not accepted.
- A plan is active for 30 days from the moment of payment.
- There are no automatic charges: to extend a plan, you pay for it again.
- Unused limit does not carry over to the next period.

Frequently asked questions
How are the paid plans different?
Only in the limit. On ×5 it is 5 times higher than on Basic, On ×10 it is 10 times higher than on Basic. The models and features are the same.
What happens when the limit runs out?
Wait for the limit to refresh (the time is shown in the app) or move to a plan with a higher limit.
Will I be charged automatically after a month?
No. Vexic makes no automatic charges.
Can I pay with a card from outside Russia?
No. Payment is only possible in rubles with a card issued by a Russian bank. The free plan does not need a card at all.
Can I get a refund?
If you paid by mistake or the service did not work through our fault, email us at the address on the contacts page.
How far does the limit go?
It depends on the model and the tasks. Short questions on a light model barely use it, while a big presentation on a strong model takes a noticeable part of the 5-hour limit.
