Terms of Service

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The legally binding document is the Russian version. If the two versions differ, the Russian version prevails.
These terms describe the conditions under which you use the Vexic service: the vexic.ru website and the app. By starting to use the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
These terms are a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The provider is named at the end of this page. You accept the offer at the moment you register or first use the service, whichever comes first. From that moment the agreement is considered concluded between you and the provider. Paying for a plan confirms your agreement with the terms of that plan.
1. What Vexic is
Vexic is an AI assistant that answers questions and completes tasks: it searches for information on the internet, writes and edits texts, does calculations, writes and runs code, and prepares documents, spreadsheets and other files. The answers are produced by language models from third-party developers, chosen by you in the model list.
2. Account
- To use the service, you sign in with Yandex ID, VK ID or your email.
- The service may be used by adults, and by minors with the consent of their legal representatives.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe and for actions taken in it.
- You can delete your account at any time in the settings. Chats, files and memory are then erased and cannot be restored.
3. Limits and plans
- Use of the service is subject to a limit counted over 5 hours and over a week. Usage depends on the selected model, the length of the chat and the amount of work. Your current usage is shown in the app.
- The free plan gives a small limit on a light model.
- Paid plans unlock all models and increase the limit. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and in the app under “Plans” before payment.
- A plan is paid for 30 days. There are no automatic charges: to extend a plan, you pay for it again.
- Unused limit does not carry over to the next period and is not refunded in money.
- Payment is processed by the YooKassa payment service. We do not receive or store bank card details.
- The set of models, the size of limits and prices may change. A price change does not apply to a period that has already been paid for.
4. Refunds and inquiries
If you paid for a plan by mistake or the service did not work through our fault, write to the email for inquiries. Refund matters are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
Inquiries about the service, payment and refunds are accepted at the email for inquiries given at the end of this page and are reviewed within 10 days.
5. Rules of use
You may not use the service:
- for actions that violate the laws of the Russian Federation, or to create prohibited materials;
- for hacking, spam, fraud or creating malware;
- to violate the rights of other people, including copyright and the right to privacy;
- to try to bypass limits, access other people’s data or disrupt the service;
- to resell access to third parties without our consent.
If these rules are violated, access may be restricted or terminated.
6. AI answers and work results
- Models can make mistakes: give inaccurate, outdated or made-up information. Check anything important against original sources.
- The service’s answers are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
- You make decisions based on the answers on your own.
- The rights to materials you upload remain yours. You may use the results of the service’s work on your requests freely, including for commercial purposes, subject to the rights of third parties in materials used in them.
7. Models from third-party developers
The “Unofficial” section of the model list contains third-party channels of access to models. They may work slower or worse than the original. You use them at your own risk.
8. Availability and liability
- The service is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running at all times, but we do not guarantee operation without interruptions or errors: the service depends on third-party model providers.
- Files in a chat’s working folder are stored for a limited time and may be deleted together with the chat. Keep the results you need on your side.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current paid period, unless otherwise provided by law.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page. By continuing to use the service, you accept the new version.
